4.1 Deposit Methods

477 bet currently accepts deposits through the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and most other major Bangladeshi banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals must be made through the same payment channels — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.

4.3 Source of Funds

The user must confirm that any deposited funds come from a legitimate source. Using the platform for money laundering or financial fraud is strictly prohibited, and any such suspicious activity may be reported to the relevant authorities.

4.4 Payment Verification

Full account verification may be required before a withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawal requests will not be processed if identity verification has not been completed or if the wagering requirements for a bonus have not been met.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. To withdraw this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times. Example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500; before withdrawing, ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000 must be wagered.

5.2 Bonus Terms

The conditions for granting a bonus, wagering requirements, and validity period differ for each promotion. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become eligible for withdrawal only after the specified wagering requirements have been met.

5.4 Bonus Misuse

If evidence of bonus misuse is found — such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, creating artificial betting patterns, or exploiting the system in any other way — 477 bet reserves the right to cancel the relevant account and bonus.

6.1 Betting and Gaming Rules

Sports betting, slots, live casino, and other games are each subject to their own rules. Game outcomes are determined by software and are considered final. If any round is interrupted or left incomplete due to a technical issue, 477 bet may void or restart that round.

6.2 Sports Betting

For sports betting, the odds shown before a match starts are not fixed — odds change at any moment in live betting. The odds at the time a bet is submitted will apply. If a match is cancelled or postponed, 477 bet will decide how the bet is settled.

6.3 Technical Errors

If a game result is found to be incorrect due to a software or network issue, the relevant bet or round may be considered void. In such situations, the decision of 477 bet is final.

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation:

• Registering using a false identity or someone else's identity.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus or promotion benefits.
• Using betting software, bots, or automated tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems.
• Threatening or harassing other users.
• Using funds obtained from illegal or unethical sources.
• Match fixing or attempting to improperly influence the outcome of any event.
• Deliberately exploiting any software bug or glitch on the platform.

For any of the above violations, 477 bet reserves the right to suspend the account, forfeit the related balance, or take legal action without prior notice.

8.1 Spending Limits

Users can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Once set, a limit may take some time to come into effect, and an additional waiting period applies when increasing a limit.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

If anyone feels that their gaming habits are getting out of control, they can request a temporary or permanent account closure through the support team.

8.3 Protection of Minors

It is the account holder's responsibility to ensure that no one under the age of 21 uses this platform. The use of parental control software on shared family devices is recommended.

10.3 Inactive Accounts

• Delays in deposits or withdrawals due to technical issues with a third-party payment provider.

• Service disruption caused by unavoidable natural disasters or force majeure events.

For any technical issue or error, 477 bet's maximum liability is limited to refunding the amount of the relevant bet, and no more.

12.1 Submitting a Complaint

If there is an objection regarding the outcome of a bet or a payment, a written complaint must be submitted to the support team within 72 hours of the relevant event. Complaints made after this period may not be accepted.

12.2 Investigation Process

For each dispute, 477 bet will review system logs, transaction records, and game history. Relevant information may be requested from the user during the investigation.

12.3 Final Decision

Upon conclusion of the investigation, the decision of 477 bet will be considered final. Users who are dissatisfied with a dispute resolution may pursue the applicable legal course.
